Description
Everyone knows the summer is not complete unless you lock up your spot in a shore house for the summer in Belmar. You can't have a wild summer staying in hotels or freeloading in someone else's spot (well you could, but it won't last long).
We have a 4BR / 1Bath, super clean house in a serious spot right by the beach. We recently had the misfortune of having 2 deadbeat friends back out at the eleventh hour in this house. We need 2 people, male or female to fill these spots.
We are a mixed group of guys and girls from NYC and NJ ages 25-35yrs. We party on the weekends and work our 9-5s during the week. It's not too late...but time is of the essence. To clarify the ad---the cost is $2200 per full share (wk before Mem Day to Labor Day) in the house.
