Thanks for your inquiry. I initially expected to be able to showcase the property to applicants this week. I now find it necessary to delay until this process until the following week. If you remain interested in the property, I will be able to forward pictures of the unit later this week and schedule appointments after April 27th.
The rental fee for the apartment is $1250/mo (heat/electricity not included). To move in to the apartment, the first month's rent is required in addition to a security deposit equal to one month's rent; a total initial deposit of $2500. There is also an application fee of $35.00 for applicants within the US, and $50 for international applicants. The address for the location is 638 Garfield Avenue in Jersey City. Cashier Checks will be accepted for the move-in deposit. A 6-month lease will offered.
